Who
Nightingale Education is a woman owned and operated small business in Lake County, Illinois. The company was created by Aileen Santos, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority in Illinois, Aileen is also dually licensed in Wisconsin. Aileen has over 11 years of combined healthcare experience within the following specialties: hospital medicine, urgent care, research, dermatology, aesthetics, travel nursing, progressive care, critical care, medical/surgical, and pediatrics.

Although we specialize in education for the nursing profession, we understand some of the unique educational overlaps amongst our other fellow health care professionals. We proudly extend our services to Physician Associates and Physicians.

I'm a full time girl mama x2 & wife, part time Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, and your PRN Educational Consultant. I'm a middle child, can't help myself when it comes to quoting solid movies, my soul grooves to 80s/90s hip hop & R&B, and Samuel L. Jackson is my spirit animal.
